Life begins at the end of Comfort Zone



A Comfort Zone is a self imposed boundary,

between our feeling of comfort and hard work,

needed to be done, to achieve success.


Everyone in this whole world want to succeed in their respective lives, and that can happen only if we take some steps to go ahead towards success.
And for doing this, the Most common enemy for all of us is, our Comfort Zone.



Neale Donald Walsch said:
“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone."


Simply put:
Only when you stop letting fears and anxiety hold you back, will you start to make those major breakthroughs in life. 


So, whoever successful people, business tycoons we know, became successful & billionaire today, only because they decided to leave their comfort zones.
Prior moving directly to the solutions, let’s get familiar with reasons why we usually remain sticked to our comfort zones.


WHAT’S COMFORT ZONE AND WHY IT IS HARD TO LEAVE IT?

Comfort zone is nothing but a unprofitable mental state & ineffective way of working, which not going to give any good acceptable results. It’s situation in which we feel safe and easy as we don’t need to work hard to achieve something.


Since childhood we are used to be treated like a prince by our parents, which left a bad impression on us, that it got engraved on our minds that, we will get everything sitting idle. There will no magic gonna take place that, Success will knock our doors.
It’s hard to leave comfort zone, we all love to be tension-free and stress-free. And beside this, we all are feared of taking risks. Due to which even if we think of doing something different in life, we usually step back, instead of finding a way to move ahead.

Last but not the least, we love our daily routine and want to stick to that. It feels like a boring task to change our routine and we get lazy to prepare a effective goal-centered daily routine.

COMFORT ZONE ?


Here I’m going to discuss major 5 tips that can help you getting out of your comfort zone.

1. Find your zone of courage.

Your zone of courage lies just outside your comfort zone. If you’re not ready to take a big leap, take a baby step. You’ve got to start somewhere. The zone of courage contains much less predictability than your comfort zone, but it could also contain opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Try thinking positively, have that attitude of winner. Winning in reality needs an attitude of “WINNER” mentally. If you think mentally that, you can achieve anything you want, then nobody can stop you achieving you.



2. Start celebrating small wins.

It’s really necessary to have positive and winning attitude atleast for yourself. World will ultimately find some flaw in us and our tasks, but we should’ve winning attitude all the way long, till we accomplish our goal.
And the day when start celebrating our even smaller wins, then that day, Confidence and self-esteem level goes up, and at subconscious level of our mind we find that kick to leave our comfort zone and get inspired to take step towards success. Think like this, these small steps and wins are my awards of achievement on the way to bigger goal.

3. See challenges as opportunities.

Keep challenging yourself everyday, it’ll ultimately give you adrenaline rush, which will keeps you going in the direction towards your goal.
Make a goal statement, and eradicate all the waste tasks that’s is not related and contributing to your goal statement. Beside a Long term goal, prepare a plan for a short term too, to achieve that big goal. So that if you once achieve those small goals consecutively, your confidence level goes up, your chances to leave your comfort zone become more powering. Hence taking small steps can play a supporting role in our journey to achieve big.



4. Read motivational books and interact with Successful people

Reading motivational contents in various books written by some great writers and motivational speakers, can gives you hormonal rush, and kicks
you to work hard and keeps you motivated. And more importantly by reading books you get to know about various ways to be Successful and get rid of all obstacles which are pulling you back.

Alongwith that, Choose your company wisely. 


As a great Philosopher said,
“Destiny and Future of a Person can be told by talking to their friends”


Start hanging out, sitting with successful, motivating people, by whom you you will learn a lot of things, and they will guide you.
“If you are finding it difficult to be successful, then get involved with the successful persons, they will carry you to the success”



5. Don’t give up.


Steve Jobs, Apple CEO and Co-Founder, said:-

“THE BIGGEST RISK IS NOT TAKING ANY RISK. IN THIS WORLD, THAT IS CHANGING VERY QUICKLY, THE ONLY THING THAT IS GUARANTEED TO FAIL, IS NOT TAKING RISKS AT ALL”

A real warrior never gives up. As Steve Jobs said, in this fastly evolving world, it’s guaranteed to fail, only if we don’t take actions and risk at all.
And keeping attitude of winner, means that, we will never quit, we will keep working hard, until we achieve our goal. Because Losers never win, Winners never lose. Winners either learn or win.
